Do
I have a Case?
If you or a loved one have been injured in an accident
caused by the negligent or intentional act of another, you may have the
right to a monetary recovery for the following:
- Past Medical Bills
- Future Medical Bills
- Past Lost Wages
- Loss or Impairment of Future Wages or Earning Capacity
- Pain and Suffering
- Property Damage
- Out-of-Pocket Expenses
- Punitive Damages
However, simply having "the right to recover" for your injuries
does not mean that you will actually recover for your injuries. Insurance
companies do not voluntarily pay money on claims. In fact, insurance
companies are large corporations in the business to make money. The less
they pay in claims the more profit they make. Simply put, they profit
at your expense.
Our experienced team of lawyers, investigators, medical
experts, paralegals and support staff will investigate the facts of your
accident, evaluate your case or claim and handle all of the details required
to obtain the maximum recovery for you, the client.
The experienced attorneys at The Law Offices of Thomas
G. Reinecke also have a proven track record of successfully dealing with
insurance companies on a daily basis. We work hard with the goal of obtaining
the best settlement of your case or claim.
Do
I need an Attorney?
You deserve to be adequately compensated for your injuries,
lost wages, pain and suffering, and other recoverable damages. But mistakes
or delays in the investigation, preparation or handling of your case
may be detrimental to your case, decreasing your recovery or, even worse,
causing you to lose your case entirely. Time is of the essence.
In addition, a recent Allstate Insurance Company report stated that settlements
paid to individuals who are represented by counsel are generally "three
times" that which is paid to individuals not represented by counsel.
This year, even in cases where liability is clear and undisputed, insurance
companies are denying claims and individuals are finding it increasing difficult
to resolve even their property damage claims or just getting their medical
bills paid by insurance companies. This "hard line" settlement strategy
makes getting an experienced attorney on your side, early on, even more important.
What
is my case worth?
There is no tried or proven formula to determining the
value of your case. Instead, the value is based on a careful analysis
of the facts, legal liability, nature and extent of injuries, as well
as medical expenses, lost income, loss of future earnings, pain, suffering,
physical impairment and other damages.
Based on our proven track record and experience, and
our history of recovering millions of dollars in settlements, arbitration
awards and jury verdicts, we are able to evaluate cases and provide a
range of value.
At The Law Offices of Thomas G. Reinecke, the initial attorney consultation
is always free and we will be glad to personally answer any questions you have
regarding your case with straightforward, honest answers.
There is no charge to evaluate your case to help you
decide if you have a case or whether you need a lawyer. Evaluate
my case.
How
much will it cost to prosecute my case?
There is no fee unless there is a recovery. Our legal
fees are a percentage of the total amount of money we collect for you,
payable only when your case is successfully concluded. We have a mutual
interest with our clients. That is, a greater recovery for you equates
to a greater recovery for our firm.
How
long will it take to resolve my case?
The answer to this question can vary greatly depending
on the complexity of your case. However, the average automobile negligence
case is typically resolved within 4 to 8 months. If a case goes to litigation,
50% of all cases normally go to trial within one year and the other 50%
go to trial within two years.
At The Law Offices of Thomas G. Reinecke we have
a 97% settlement success rate.
